Chalk Paint® Soft Wax - Black (Mini) by Annie Sloan provides a cool dark finish to your paintwork, enhancing the texture in brushwork, grain and mouldings. It will darken and enrich colors. Annie says, "The Black Soft Wax can also be used for a Farmhouse look, although this one is different again. As I said before, if my Dark Soft Wax ‘antiques’ my pieces then my Black Soft Wax toughens them up! (Perhaps more ‘Barn’ than ‘Farmhouse’ – there’s definitely something industrial going on). Annie Sloan Soft Black Wax is the consistency of soft margarine making it is easy to apply. The wax is water-repellent allowing it to be used on dining room tables and in kitchens. Wipe clean regularly with a damp cloth. For tough marks use a proprietary spray cleaner and rewax.
